Recreation

There is a nice little hot spring. I found the water exiting the pool to be warn not really hot.

The spring feeds this pond which has a couple picnic table.

A little parking space.

Even a garbage can.

The river is obviously a recreation opportunity and is beautiful.

If you wish to do some hiking checkout Power Plant trail. I found information indicating it is 2.6 miles to the wilderness area and 9.6 miles to Mattingly Junction. 

There are some equine facilities at the trailhead.
