Poverty Flats Long-term Camping

Poverty Flats free camping area is located on bluffs over looking the Muddy River near Overton, Navada. There are no facilities such as water, garbage or toilets. One needs to be self contained to camp here and I believe the you may camp here for 14 days. There is no fee, yes, it's free. The weather on this mid-January day calls for a high of 67 with a low of 40 degrees and surprisingly rain showers are forecast. This is a bit cooler than average and rain rarely falls here. It is commonly a windy location.
