Spring Bar Campground is along the beautiful Salmon River in the Nez Perce National Forest a little over 10 miles upstream from Riggins, Idaho. This is a very well maintained Campground with grooming throughout. Paved roads and parking along with the variety of plant life surrounding this campground make this a lovely place to stay. There are wild blackberries and apple trees scattered about and a variety of pines and locust trees. The elevation is low so they will have very warm summers. They are proud to call themselves a "green" campground. The water here is pressurized by solar power.
