Campsites
Lake Fork has nine campsites, each equipped with a picnic table and fire ring with attached grate. A couple of the sites had barbecue pits. We have a 19 foot trailer and that is all I would want to pull in there, however, I saw a few longer trailers.
Water
There is a newer hand pump equipped well with above average water availalbe.
Restroom
There are two older outhouses which were well stocked but are only cleaned once per week. The paint was peeling and there were some cobwebs in the corners but it wasn't too bad.

No
Firewood
Bring your own.
Pets
The signs say yes but on a leash, however, we had several uninvited "friends" visit our camp.

RV Dump Site
We stopped in Ponderosa State Park to use the RV dump station there. There is a $5 fee to enter the park but we have our annual permit so it cost nothing.

Nearest Shower
The nearest shower would be Ponderosa State Park except for the shower in our RV! It would cost you $5 to enter the state park and then $3 each for the shower.
Nearest Laundry
I found Woody's Old Town Market has a laundromat. Check it out at this link.
Phone Service
We had no service on our ATT phones but it is only 10 miles back to McCall where there was great service.
Garbage Services
No
Fishing
I loved the river. It is just the right size for me as I like to use spinners. The river was stocked while we were there. We heard of very little luck before that.
Boating
No
Swimming
Wading, yes.
Recreation
Recreational activities include fishing, hunting and hiking the many trails to high mountain lakes. One hike I intend to take next year is the hike to Box Lake. We played Bocce ball, fished, hiked a short trail along the river and took pictures of birds, squirrels and the scenery.
Wildlife
We saw 4 deer, 1 elk and a bunch of squirrels and birds. Black bear and wolves live in these mountains too.
Fee Schedule
The campsites cost $10 per day in 2014.
Reservations
This is a first come first serve facility but our nieghbors brought in one smaller trailer and held 3 campsites by putting up a canope in another and some chairs in a third. Sites 8 and 9 never filled up on the weekend after July 4th.

Lake Fork Campground is located on the west bank where the North Fork of Lake Fork and the South Fork of Lake Fork join. The forest is mature with grass and undergrowth beneath. We loved it! There were birds and deer in the campground everyday. I saw 3 different bucks, a 2 point and two 4 points. The rivers were cold and clear and big enough to spinner fish.
