β All Campgrounds
Campsites
There are 9 campsites available, which each have a picnic table and fire ring. In most sites you park your RV on the edge of the roadway and your site is below you along the reservoir. The roads and driveways are all gravel. There are trees along the shoreline.
Water
No, there is a hand pump but it was disabled.
Restroom
There is a his/hers vault style outhouse near the entrance. It was fairly clean considering it was Sunday.
Electricity
No.
Firewood
You will need to provide your own firewood.
Pets
Your pet is welcome but must be kept on a leash.
Picnic Area
No.
Handicap Access
The outhouse is handicap accessible but the hills and a lack of paths make this campground a challenge to the handicapped.
RV Dump Site
I have not located an RV dump station in this area. If you know of one please drop me an email with its location.
Host On-Site
No.
Phone Service
No, there is a pay phone at Deer Creek Lodge. I didn't get any reception on my AT&T cell phone.
Garbage Services
Garbage service is available in dumpsters which is located near the outhouse.
Fishing
Anderson Ranch Reservoir offers fishing for trout, sockeye salmon, bass and perch. Check the fishing regulations for seasons and limits.
Boating
The main purpose of this site is the boat ramp and dock. There are two parking lots for boat trailers. Even so, Curlew Creek needs more parking space. I have been here when vehicles were lined up along the road near the entrance.
Swimming
There is no designated swimming area but people are always swimming here on July and August weekends.
Recreation
Water is the main attraction, whether is is fishing, water skiing or jet skiing.
Wildlife
I would be surprised if you saw any thing like a bear or elk but one might see a deer in the early morning or late evening. Birds would be the most likely wildlife to view.
Fee Schedule
This is a fee area and I can see the day use fee is $5 however I can not find the overnight fee as of May 2017.

Curlew Creek Boat Ramp has good boating facilities with a nice ramp and handling dock. It also has a nine campsite campground. This is a VERY busy place during June, July and August. I visited on Sunday of a wet weekend in June and there were only 2 sites open. Anderson Ranch Reservoir offers great fishing, water skiing and jet skiing. This area is open sagebrush covered hills with little shade.
