Big Sage Campground
Big Sage Campground is a loop in Lake Cascade State Park. It is new for 2011 and is set on the shore of Lake Cascade on a sage brush covered slope. The road and driveways are paved as is a walking path along the lake. It has a sandy beach with a patch of willows. There are no mature trees so there is no shade. Big Sage offers a wonderful view of Lake Cascade and the mountains to the west. Boat access is available at various points around the lake and a shower can be had for $3.00 at Ridgeview Campground.
