Joseph H Stewart State Recreation Area

This is the entrance to the campgrounds. There is another entrance for the marina and day use area.

As you enter you will see the "guard shack".

Each of the 4 loops has a similiar check in site. Notice the firewood available for purchase.

These rates were posted at the time of our visit in 2019.

It is highly unlikely that you would see a cougar but if you did please let the staff know about it.

Dogs are welcome but as usual they need to be kept on a leash.
